The Introduction, Opening Sounds

Background Music Sound Effects + Words + Still Images = 4.5 Sec


The introduction sets the mood with a background sound that will be present during the entire audio/video.  We want to layer in images or words to shape what the listener or person thinks and feels about your company or brand.  The goal is to have no more than four and a half seconds unless this is an anticipated brand launch.


This format is a guide to a formula that works.

The Agreement of Fact

In our sales and marketing seminar, we talk about "Establishing a Way to Do Business."  What can we agree on?  Listen to the audio segment above. The words are, "Across America, the lifeblood of our country runs on the open roads." We aren't "telling"; we are "showing" with the words and sounds.  In the video we add the sense of sight.  

Theme or Mood Sounds, Words Emotion

Background Music + Optional Sound Effects + Images = 5-8 Sec.


We have just made a statement that we can all agree on. Now, let the listener's mind absorb that and say in their subconscious, "I can agree with that, or that's right!" Try this exercise: Close your eyes and think about the first time you heard this statement. Did your head nod yes? 


Isn't it fascinating how a simple sound can transport us to a different world, evoke intense emotions, or even make us jump out of our seats? That's the incredible power of sound in movies.  Why not now?

Elevator Speech

Background Music  + Words + Images = 30 Sec


In an audio or video format, the ideal is to distill what you do into one sentence.  After that, you want to finish the statement, "The result is..."  or  "That means..." followed by the last sentence, which is the real benefit and a call to action.


We will break the words in a section on building an elevator speech that sells, and if you sign up, we will notify you when it comes out.

Rising Tempo, Ending Credits and Close

A rise in tempo tells the person watching a movie that something will happen.  Our senses and perceptions change.  Our mind is called on the make sense of what we just saw or heard.  We suggest adding end credits because people will watch, and it says we are special, different, more like the major blockbuster you watched.


We are so sure it works that we offer a fifty-percent discount if we are allowed to include our end credit for BIHS and our production company.

Story Board and Outline Planning

A storyboard is a planning tool used for a long time in television and movies.  We have our own special kind and are developing a new AI-assisted system to do even more.  We use a storyboard for video and audio and Bibisco, the best writing tool from our friends in Italy.


We use an 11 x 17-inch format and a linear format better suited for sharing on the web and viewing on a mobile device for those of us who are always on the go.  To learn more, let's talk!

Old Meets New Techniques in Producing Video Content - It's important to note that "Others" is a rapidly growing number no one can ignore because of AI. Companies and individuals concerned with privacy rights are using newer private AI-powered systems to perform searches; Brave Browser is an example. In addition, the people who use "Others" hold more wealth per capita, are growing rapidly, and will outpace Google in the coming years.

   EXERCISE ONE: What words or phrases best describe Ace Camping & Travel? Let's list a few: Camping | Travel | Outdoor Adventure | Vacation Travel | Fun Adventure Vacation | Camping Alaska | Camping Tents Rental | Space Travel Adventures. 

   Write them down. Your prospect says, "I'm looking for a blank; fill in the blank."  What terms would you search if you were looking for your product or services?  What did your clients search for?   NOTE: If you're in a session with us, we will record, and our AI will transcribe what you say and put it in Word or Pages format.

   EXERCISE TWO: Creating high-quality content! 

  Let's take some of the words and put them in some phrases our clients might use. "Are you looking for camping and travel outdoor adventures in Alaska with the perfect camping tent rental to create lifetime memories? Ace Camping & Travel knows Alaska and specializes in Alaska outdoor adventures for you."   Let's listen to what our happy clients say about Ace Camping & Travel Alaska Travel Experts.

  Later, we will write a blog or content page about how one of our clients interacts with your company. We are telling stories for the AI and someone who reads or listens to the page. 

   EXERCISE THREE: Adding Keywords for Content and Web Pages.

  The first thing we will do is take those keywords and, using an AI tool, add them to your web page. We will return to the pages again, and with our tools from Plausible and word-finding tools, we will see how your site is gaining traffic.


Google Optimization: We always want to optimize for Google. We do that as a Duda Agency, and Duda sites have the highest scores in the industry. That means if you go to one of your web pages, it will open fast and comply with all search engines and browsers. If you're camping or driving a big rig between Forth Worth and Amarillo, your web pages will open fast. traffic.

What Are The Next Steps?

   If you are building an audio or video for sales, marketing, or explainer, we suggest you start with the end in mind.  That's simple to say, a little harder to put in a few words.   Who am I trying to reach? What do I want them to do when they listen or watch?  What is my call to action?  Drop us a line, and we'll share a link that explains all this.


   After you plan your media needs, we suggest you take a reset. Consider your web page, blog, social media, and other content sites as DIGITAL ASSETS. If you sell a product or service, they are as important as your sales force.
