Why I Changed to Spectrum Mobile
First, I changed to Spectrum Mobile because of the people like Caroline in Sales, Kimora in Activation, and Shawn in Inside Sales Support. On the fiber side people like Josh and Booby C give the same great services.
My old carrier of thirty years, AT&T; they forgot that; the people. If not about people, let me ask you a question, then what?
The “why” and “how” I moved my four AT&T cell phones and uVerse TV from AT&T is an interesting story by itself. Why I am moving all fiber fiber locations is another. But, let’s talk about the positive benefits like personal service, the interaction with real people. We need that in times like we are in today.
Along the way, I will discuss some tricks and tactics I used and what to do to make it easy on yourself. I will discuss the three things to do before switching carriers and why Spectrum was the best choice.
